Why do I keep getting disconnected?

For the last few days, whenever I try to join a game, 50% of the time it says that I disconnected, any my opponent is awarded a win and gets my medals. What the heck is going on? (My connection is fine.)

Sorry to hear that. Can you go to the game's main menu, tap on the profile icon at the bottom left-hand side of the screen, hit "Manage Profile" then "Contact Support", please? From there, send us an email and we'll get it checked out :)

It has been happening to me frequently too. 7 times this week alone. out of less than 20 games, maybe 15

It still happens to me fairly frequently, although sometimes I know it is just people disconnecting rather than surrendering. They know they won't win or just don't want to play so they force a disconnect hoping that the other person disconnects as well... there's also many players who can force a disconnect in mid game and they will wait almost the whole 30 seconds before reconnecting and they will do this over and over again hoping that I will quit.

It's really annoying, especially combined with all of the pay-to-win nonsense that the powers update added to the game.
