Report a translation problem
Have you tried messing with your Antivirus? It could be partially blocking the .exe file.
Or maybe Windows FireWall is partially blocking it.
If the Antivirus solution doesn't help, try to uninstall and reinstall the game. After you reinstall it, go to the .exe folder and right click. Go under properties and click "run as administrator". That might fix it as well.
