there are people who angle their tank in a way that it causes your shots to bounce completely.
I know about bouncing and other stuff. Im 10k battles
Shooting the side of tank above the tracks is good too, although you are more likely to hit "spaced armored" and get a track crit.
If you are finding that you are seeing a red indicator on these armor zone more often than not, then whatever tank you are playing was not meant to engage the E100 and you should be focusing on lesser armored targets to help your team.
If you have no choice then try to perma track the E100 for your team to engage or HE the crap out of his gun mantlet and crit his gun over and over, again waiting for more team support.
Never, never play peek a boo with an E100 that is looking at you.
Try these basic things and see if you do any better.
How if the enemy team consists of 2 E100, 1 IS-7, 1 IS-4, 1 T95, 1 Fv251b 183, and a Maus?
