US servers are working for those euro players who want to play , a little latency but it's playable

what about random frame drops ? be fine for like 2 matches then out of no where my frames drop from 175 to 130. I thought is was just some champions, but it happens sometimes with other ones to after a couple matches

This isn't a bug. The servers have been under a DDoS attack.
