Im sorry to say this but stop adding these ♥♥♥♥ sales on skins and add Champion Discounts and actually Balance you champions and fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Anti-Cheat because I Tried to get to Gold 1 But i had a hacker 10 Games in a row. So fix your game rather than putting out ♥♥♥♥ updates. Your game is slowly dieing to me due to lack of content and Variaty I mean for the first week a Champion is released i dont want to play because they will be way to OP and no one wants to go support to help counter them. Also fix Your Servers Im tired of getting kicked out in the middle of a game. On last thing Make Gems easier to obtain and giving gems to top ranked players is pointless because they allready spend money on Gems give gems to people who actualy try to rank up in ranked like give 150 every thime you reach a new rank. My rant is over also i will know if you delete this because you deleted over 50 allready.

Because if a new player does not want to be the punching bag for older players while grinding for higher leveled cards, their only option will be to play siege, since payload and the king of the hill / deathmatch mode have been locked behind the unbound queue. Furthermore, Hi-Rez has stated that purchase of boxes with card is only temporarily disabled, meaning this system is going to turn Pay 2 Win in the near future. This was not the case before OB64, where it was possible for a new player to play against everyone on every game mode on an equal field, since they weren't gimped statwise.

I made a Smurf on PTS and people with lv 4 CArds destroy my lv 1 cards so it was completely unbalanced

Like i said dead game to me Im going over To Overwatch and Battlerite at least they have balanced Heros and Very little bugs

Yeah, because at least then you could have other cards at the same level everyone else had, whereas in this new system, new players start at a full on disadvantage. Furthermore, in the old system, you only had to unlock a card once to use it to it's fullest potential. Now, you have to unlock each common card 50 times, rare cards ~32 times, etc.

Look at the Reviews there has been so many people leaving the game everysince they anounced OB64 sad to say Hirez You ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and are killing your own game.

People have been playing the game on the PTS (Public Test Server). The negative reviews are based not only on what was announced, but also by many experiencing it first hand before the update came to the live servers.

True, But can you please Fix Shalin I mean his arrows hit box it so broken or add fall off damage people are tired of getting cross maped by him.

The PTS had around 700 average and only around 1k max. It wasn't soley PTS players.

How to upgrade/up level card?

Sure, not everyone leaving reviews were playing the PTS, but there certainly was plenty of footage posted on the internet, especially Reddit and YouTube, of just how broken the new update was. And even with just the information from the patch notes, it was pretty easy for people to realize that CU was bull, as it literally required you to get over 10x as many card drops to end the grind than was required in OB63. Not only that, but this update continued the trend that has been disliked by many, of reducing the mobility of characters in the game.

To level up a card, you need to get duplicates of it. Here is the level up table listing the amount of cards needed per level per rarity:
