EAC - Service Update Failed

9 days ago I made a support ticket with Hi-Rez explaining that I was getting the error "service update failed".

I explained to them that I went to their website first and tried to use the troubleshooting instructions for manually updating the service.

This is not the first time that I have gotten this error--it has happened many times on many different games.

I then explained that despite following the instructions clearly, they did not fix my issue.


It has been 9 days since they replied to my ticket, their response was in the realm of 'Thanks, Sorry, Bye."

They have not replied since despite my attempts to continue a dialogue.





Can anyone help me with this issue? As I said earlier, I'm experienced with the fix for this issue and it has worked for me in the past-- it just doesn't seem to work anymore...
