Bought Champions Pack in 2019, but now all champions are locked.

It says my steam is still linked to the HiRez account, and just to be sure I unlinked and relinked it. All of the champions are locked and everything I've ever unlocked is gone, the game even asked me if I wanted to play the tutorial and asked me to choose a name on startup.

Hi, I think it's better to directly email the hirez support or steam support over this. Especially if you can provide a receipt which you usually find in your steam purchases section.
