Hi-Rez Login but cant login in Paladins game?

Hi guys, please help! I login to Hi-Rez no problem, then select launch game and paladins starts then asks for username and password again. I assume this is the same hi-rez account info? I enter and doesnt work. Is there another username i need to create somewhere or? So confused....

oh it also says unable to connect to server and username, password fields are blank. i dont get it

Same here :( I only started playing yesterday and it was working just fine!
But now I'm having the same problem. I can login with the Hi-Rez pop up, but when the game launches, it goes to Loading Profile for quite a while, then the input username and password pops up again... I just type it and login again but it either just stays there, or goes to another really long Loading Profile. :(
It worked and I got to log in twice, but then none of the champions and skins are showing. My friends aren't online either, even if they ARE. and I can't play :(( :((

It isn't my net either... we just upgraded and the wifi connection is actually a lot better/faster now... but.. HUHU
