The game loaded a system dll that failed an integrity check. This indicates a system corruption.

run in a elevated cmd:
sfc /scannow

I fixed the problem using dependency walker, it was using a 32-bit .dll instead of 64-bit.
The .dll mistaken isn't always the same. Try a 0xc000007b Dependency Walker Tutorial/Guide to use it.

I cannot for the life of me get past this. Trying all different kinds of vcredists/msvcr100's won't work. Anti-cheat just continues saying they're "untrusted" despite all of them being from Microsoft.

Scannow did nothing. Deleting certifcates for anti-cheat just causes more issues. Trying to repair through steam or anti-cheat AND esports anticheat does nothing. Disabling anti-virus does nothing. The torturers fix up above didn't work either. etc. etc. it goes on and on I've done everything.

Been playing Paladins off and on since it started but apparently this is it for me. Already spent half the Saturday of my weekend troubleshooting this ♥♥♥♥ and I'm out of options and fed up.

Edit: I don't believe this. But I saw people on Smite were having the same issue, so just out of curiosity I downloaded Smite to try it, and it works. Then I decide to try Paladins again, and now it works? I don't get it on any level and I doubt this will help many other people but...I guess if anyone runs into the same issues I did, try installing Smite to see if it magically fixes your paladins like it did for me.
