Hirez and Twitch linking bug

So i need help because my account on paladins pc will not link to twitch properly. I bought Amazon prime so basically twitch prime for my Twitch Prime loot for paladins. I claimed the loot onto my twitch account but my hirez account wont link to the twitch account. I go to link twitch to Hirez account and it says "This account is already linked to a hirez account" and it wont let me link the two. So i am upset and frustrated that i basically got scammed out of $80CDN because it wont link. I went to my twitch connections and Unlinked Hirez studios so i could re link it but it still says this account it linked to a hi rez account. I keep trying to unlink it and re link it but it wont work and i cant get my rewards that i payed for.

oh and i emailed Hirez support and the guy i was talking to litterlay just stopped replying because i think he didnt know a fix.....great

Hey do the following - clear your Browser Cache and cookies, unlink your twitch from your Hi-Rez account and then relink using your twitch prime account.

In the event this fails please contact twitch support it is an issue their end.

You may also want to check ingame to ensure you didn't recieve.

did not work, i think i may have linked a hirez account and a twitch account years ago on xbox smite but now i just play pc paladins. contacted hirez email....they responded after 5 days but i dont think they understand my problem because he quit talking to me.

Strange if you can remember your previous account I reccomend you attempt to unlink, SMITE and Paladins share the same accounts I reccomend you contact twitch support.

sigh, well thanks for the help. i think im going to just stop trying and take the $ hit, because twitch wont respond either lol
