Ultra Low Graphics ?

Be it majorly altering the Config files ( don't post a link to LowSpecGamer or Reddit ) , is there a meaningful way I can bring down the graphic quality in order to Paladins at an FPS higher than ~10.

I'm using an Inspiron 1420 - hopeless, I know. I'm a ~10 FPS God - but I've been fiddling around to see how low this game can go. Oddly enough, making it look like MineCraft has no affect on my FPS. Changing the resolution seems to be the only major factor because running the Game on Max only drops my Average FPS by 2.

Maybe you've found something I haven't... if not, I can play Support characters until then.

Nothing you can do besides getting a job and eventually a new PC.

You can only force the graphics down so much.
