Game won't start

hey so i just installed Paladins today and i can't get the game working, after i login in the launcher it says 'Connecting to Authentication Service' and it's stuck in that, the game didn't load after that my CPU is being used 99% for the launcher, i don't know why it did that, i already try to 'verify integrity of game cache' and the game still didn't work.
I already wait for 30 minutes for the game to start but it still stuck at that authentication point! that's why it says i already play for 51 minutes in this account. If you guys need my spec here it is:

Intel(R) Core i3 3217U
10GB 1600MHz RAM
GeForce GT 720M 700MHz 2GB VRAM (latest version from geforce exp)
Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit
DirectX 11.1

Sadly, it seems that some issues have occured just now. Really unfortunate!

me too, game froze, and i killed it. Now when i start up the game it just stops in memory @ 22mbs ram.

I got black screen with option on bottom. sometimes it wont launch took 1 minute for it to show up. Right now mine just says logging in for like a long time now.

i fixed my issue by resetting game options in launcher. Company's page claims all servers/authentication is up.

Try this:

1. Browse to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\Binaries\Redist
   
2. Run InstallHirezService.exe
   
3. When it asks you to uninstall, hit yes, then close when finished
   
4. Run InstallHirezService.exe again
   
5. Click next and confirm, until it finishes
   
6. Done!
