Fixed, Restart your steam and it will work
Try, Restarting your pc.
2. End all processes related to Paladins, (mainly Hi-Rez processes in the task mgr)
3. Re-launch Paladins through the Play button in steam.
Fixed it by re starting my PC million times
I have solved it by:
1) uninstall the game from steam (remove local content)
2) stop steam
3) uninstall the Hi-Rez from Add/Remove programs (from my computer)
4) delete the folder Paladins from SteamLibrary\steamapps\common folder (if you see somewhere else the folder with this name, delete it too)
5) start steam and install the game again
6) if it show an error like "no hi-rez" - stop the steam and start it again. It will install the prerequisites for the game again.
7) start the game and enjoy ;)
