Account progress erased

After some years of not playing, I went back to check things out and I was asked to link my Hi-Rez account with my Steam account. I logged on the Hi-Rez account as usual but I found my account to be reset to level 1, all my progress erased and my name changed to 'Palablue', which I never used in any game.

The last time I played the game was around 2017, during the Beta, and I was over level 30, had Mastery with multiple champions and a lot of skins, so I'd really like my progress to carry over.

I don't know if I messed up with the account linking, but I don't remember having another Hi-Rez account. Also, you can check my Steam achievements and see that I indeed played the game, even though I lost my progress.

Any help would be appreciated.
I already sent a ticket to Hi-Rez support but would like to know if someone here can help me.

You probably made a new account instead of linking your old account.
In order to fix this, go to https://my.hirezstudios.com/ and log in using your steam account.
Unlink your steam account and log out.
Now log in using the old account that you wanna use.
Link your steam account to that existing account.
The next time you launch the game through steam, it should use your existing acount.

Same my account reset to level 1 and all of my heroes, skins are gone. Any sulotion for this?

Yeah it's a bug from 2019 and they still haven't fixed it. CSX's solution isn't going to work.

Great. I just came back and saw I'm level 1 again. So... there's no helping this? I don't care about the characters, but the unlocked skins are rare. :( Anyone found a solution to this?
