[SOLVED] FIX GAME CRASHING WITH NO ERROR MESSAGE
Hello guys,
To those who might experience a crashing issue and couldn't solve it despite looking for a fix for hours, oh boy do i have the solution for you !
I myself have faced this issue and it seems like it's a DirectX issue or a compatibility issue(idk it's one of them lol).
Don't worry your PC is alright, you don't have to buy a new one.

I've been in touch with the game support and they gave me the following solution:

In your Steam library right click Paladins and click Properties. When the window opens you should be able to find a button saying "Set Launch Options". Click it and in the text box type in "force-d3d9" without the quotes.
After that's been done:

1. Navigate to the following folder:
<Steam Directory>\steamapps\common\Paladins\Binaries\EasyAntiCheat\Launcher
2. Edit the Settings64.json (You will need a text editing software like Notepad for this task)
3. Change 'Win64\\Paladins.exe' to 'Win32\\Paladins.exe'
4. Save the file and attempt to launch the game.

I hope i have helped a struggling guy who couldn't find a solution on the vast sea that is Internet.

Are you serious? Looks like you just searched for solutions.
DirectX isn't about 32 bit Windows and it's old solution, outdated.

For real this just solved my issue. It might be outdated but it actually worked, i'm just not sure if it's the fact that we force the game to use DX9 or it is by launching the game in 32 bit that solved the problem

Settings64.json - old fix for 32 bit systems, just to launch the game, and it's not supported officially anymore.
It's possible to launch the game with dx9 through configuration file.

That's why explaining to you the difference. Most likely your issue, if it was any, dx11, and it works for you when dx9.
