Launch Error 30005 ??
When I clicked "PLAY" button, then a strange rectangle shaped thing appear with "loading" on the top, then error. error code 31 it said.
I did restart game, Steam, and PC. still didn't work till now...
please help me...

My problem has been solved by maulanazefa.

I had the same problem. I just rerun steam again as administrator.

Delete game from shet Steam and re-instal is from owners site not from steam,helped for me

Try this, I solved it, but the next day it stopped working again, maybe you'll be able to repair this permanently ...

Select the Windows icon and search for 'cmd'. Run cmd as an administrator (right-click on 'cmd' and select 'Run as Administrator'). Once the command prompt opens, please run the following two commands:

bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
bcdedit.exe -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF

Then, restart your computer.
