right click on the speaker in windows tray, near clock
select recording devices, tick the headset/mic you want to capture your voice
I tried disabling both line inputs leaving just the 2 mics, and again Discord had no issues (though it lets you select which inputs to use) while Paladins didn't seem to be using either of the still enabled microphones. And yes, I made sure Discord was using the microphone *not* listed as the Windows default just to make sure it wasn't locking the device for some reason. It seems Paladins is stuck on an input and the worst part is I have no idea which one because there's zero feedback for which device it's using.
