Missing File

When i wanna launch the game, a window show up and say : "The Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service must be installed. Re-run the pre-requisite programs from steam, or run the file InstallHirezService.exe from the prereq subdirectory in the steam folder of this game." But i don't find it anywhere. Help me please !

uninstall hirez service, then reinstall it

steam -> library
right click on paladsins -> properties -> local files tab -> browse local files
binaries\redist
run InstallHirezService.exe
