How to unlock Androxus X Y Z skin(s)?

I linked both my ps4 and my xbox accounts to game a redeemed my closed beta keys and all in the playstation store for game but skins havent unlocked? is there an additional step i need to take for them to unlock im confused?

I assume you mean Androxus's X and Stage 4 skins? For linking your Paladins/Hi-rez account to your Xbox One and PS4 accounts?

First you must have installed and played either Paladins, or Smite on your PS4 and Xbox One. Then go to these locations to link your accounts: https://www.hirezstudios.com/link/xbox/
https://www.hirezstudios.com/link/playstation/

In case those links aren't available they are the Hi-rez Studios websites console link pages. However you must first install and play either Paladins or Smite on each console. I contacted support and they told me you have to log into Paladins/Smite on the console for your PS4/XboxOne account to show in their database.
