my codes dont work for paladins

When i go to the in-game store and try to redeem my codes for some of the skins, it says that it is an invalid code. How do i fix this??

they didnt give out codes, im doing the different tasks to get the codes like subscribing to their youtube and things like that.

Try sending a support ticket to Hi Rez, they'll respond in 3-5 business days
