aegis still bugged

Just a reminder that, after the aegis fix...its still bugged. And honestly, idk how the hell you fix problems.

Before was:
aegis istant shield
both scortch and formidable 2 sec cd

after the "fix" cd is 0.5 no matter which talent you pick. How can you create 2 more bug trying to fix one?

i mean i get it but its hardly an issue considering theres no reason not to pick scorch anyway

I do not agree. Actually, scortch is the only talent to pick rn, and that's because they incorrectly buffed it trying to fix aegis. The good thing about the new aegis (i say new, but its been almost 2 years from the nando rework) is the no cooldown of the shield. Trust me. Not the regen buff, not the more hp of the shield....with istant shield you can block all sort of ult, you can lure a koa to hook you and block it and tons of others thing that u cannot do even with a 0.5 cooldwon (not against good players).

lastly, i just want they fix the problem. because it is a bug. They admitted. But, as i said, trying to fix it, they literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up all the talents. Put back 2 sec cd on scortch and formidable (as 0.5 is waaaay too op) and istant shield with aegis......like its always been in the last 2 years
