i recently redeemed the bunny seris skin from the prime gaming rewards and didn't get anything, already appealed but does anyone else has this problem? kinda sucks

update,, i actually got the skin now, i unlinked twitch on hi rez and hi rez on twitch and then linked again and got it. maybe it will work for u? idk but good luck

Been having trouble trying to get this as well I cant seem to get it through steam? How do i get my hirez info from steam so i can link them?

After they deleted the bounty coins / store the game is experiencing a lot of bugs regarding ingame purchases reward etc ( keep sending hirez a support ticket ) or ask for a refund

if u go to the hi rez site and go to account u can link your steam there. if everything is connected (amazon, twitch, steam etc to your hi rez account, it SHOULD work) except for me it didn't so i requested a support ticket but they actually had those quick fix things and by unlinking and then relinking my twitch account i got the skin but for more / better info here's the link https://hirezstudios.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8681290064404-Prime-Gaming-Rewards hope it works

I have yet to get any skins this whole time, and can't seem to send a support ticket, haven't logged in in a while but I was thinking after claiming i would still be able to get some of the stuff I missed out on, but haven't received any reward, got a couple from smite, but paladins never works, only get the twitch mirror thing for ying
