Crystals not delivered

Bought 800 Crystals and they are nowhere to be found. I can see it in my transaction history in Steam, but not at Hi-Rez site.
Money is gone and where are my Crystals? >.>

takes a while for the game servers to update your profile, just play a quick match and when you finish your gems should be there, usually works for me when stuff goes missing

if you've logged out and logged back in again or played a few matches then send a ticket to support, maybe?

I did, just posting here to see if more people had this issue or if this delay is normal.
I've logged out and back in several times now... I just want my Troublemaker Evie ;-;

just try playing a match see if that forces the server to update your profile, if it doesn't work i'd send a ticket to support. though i think the average ticket time is 2 days.

Dang that sucks. Really hope you get those crystals or else all of that money was wasted.

If you using Steam wallet...sometime it takes awhile since the payment need to go from Steam to HiRez and sometime even onhold by Steam to check for source of those money.

Steam is a b1tch atm.

Weird! Other times that I used Steam wallet for in-game microtransactions it didn't have a delay.. Oh well.

Hi! I had to fill in a ticket through Hi-Rez support website, it took about 2 weeks for a bot to answer me with generic stuff. Then I've answered with the info they've asked and in about 1 week I got the gems. Turned out it pissed me off and I've quitted soon after.

They used to have really bad customer support, don't know if they're better now.
