Is the game ever gona get a character like Reaper??

In ow i love reaper and the Androxus doesn't feel like Reaper (and plz don't say a ♥♥♥♥ like "go play ow u ♥♥♥♥" i love both of the games the same :D)

Buck is the closest in a way. He gets up close from behind, wrecks with a shotgun. Gets health back from enemies he shoots. His ult is just going ham with the shotgun.
