THIS GAME WAS NOT PROPERLY AUTHENTICATED AT LAUNCH TIME i am taking this error is there anybody who face with this message ? how can i fix it ?

This is usually caused by an outdated Hi-Rez launcher from another game installation like Global Agenda, Tribes or Smite.

Exit the game. Go to your program files folder, find the Hi-Rez folder, delete it. Then restart the game. This should update your computer with the proper version of the game launcher.

I have same problem since the patch and I tried every possible way I found in youtube and google, Also submitted a ticket to support and they answered, needless to say.. Nothing has fixed this problem for me...

options>>troubleshot>>check for updates>>restart service >>validate repair >>something will load below the installed games after you can play. if still didnt just click something at troubleshoot scene :D i dont know exactly but i did somethink like that and it worked

I did that and the service refuses to launch or fix, reinstalled, still same thing

it says something after deleting folder that cannot find launcher something and exits wtf u messed things more!

So I found a fix for me and it might work for you!
SOLUTION 1 : go to run and type services.msc and then find a service name hirez update and authentication service (idk correct name) then stop that service and set its launch to automatic now open paladins and login if it works then ok and if it doesnt then

SOLUTION 2 : Go to add or remove programs and uninstall hi rez update and authentication service and then go to your paladins folder and find the redist folder inside your paladins folder in that redist folder there will be an application named installhirezservice run it and try ur game once again.


For my fix the problem was the hirez service wasnt installed correctly and it didnt even appear in my add or remove program list so I ran that application and fixed the game for me

It happens when my ISP is not giving me good speed.When it happens i restart my modem or restart game and it works

Tried solution number one and two, doesnt fix the problem, and obviously dont want to waste my limited data on redownloading the whole game
