Click Play and nothing happened

Just like the title. After i clicked Play from the launcher, the left side say paladin is running bla bla bla but after that. it return to paladin i ready to play. have fun. and nothing happened. also my play button turn to grey and cannot click any more. thank you

Restart your computer. Your comp needs some system configuration.

already did it. i also uninstall and reinstall the game again..

Do it again but don't interrupt the restart. Let it configure your system then try it again.
