Report a translation problem
I am not sure but i suggest you not to change the directory when u installing Paladins because it will occures some issues with the HiRez Updating service Tool i guess...if that wont helps u can use the verifying option of the Game files via Steam. It makes a search and check if the downloaded files are complete and all is at the place it should be and shows if it will found any errors or if everything is ok.

Navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\Binaries\Redist
run "InstallHirezService.exe" and say yes when it asks you if you want to remove the Hi-Rez stuff
