Pass XP
The amount of XP needed to level up is ridiculous. Is there a way to easily speed it up? A million XP is kinda ridiculous

you need 450 games at 80k exp each without boost, if you are goint to farm the pass just wait for a double exp weekened event, and do siege bot matches, is the fastest way to farm the thing.

I seem to always finish the pass within 3-4 weeks. I don't ever need to use my boosters. Half of the weeknights I don't get to play, while the other half I only get to play for an hour or 2.

It's not that difficult if you play somewhat regularly.

Same, I haven't used a boost in 2 years. I just play the 6 training matches at maximum if I don't have that dumb "Play 10 matches" mission, get the missions done doing it, and I'm done in 30 to 60 minutes. Doing the trials gives a big boost too. I've never not finished a BP I've bought and I never play PVP unless I have to or some friends want to team.

assuming those stats are right, then throughout the 50 days period you need to play roughly around 9 games worth of exp everyday. Though daily quest help to a certain point, easy quest gave 50k exp and hard quests 100k exp, meaning you can get 300k on a good roll (3x hard) or 150k at minimum (3x easy) that cuts around two or three matches needed daily.

If you're buying the pass you'd also get 50% extra exp and gold from matches, but dunno if those bonus also applies to daily quest rewards, probably not. Still in the end it is only easier if you do it everyday instead of stacking it all on double exp weekend. Unfortunately not everyone have free time everyday to do this, which is why we have the mixed opinion from players experience.

As for me honestly I wish they lower the exp required per level, probably the baseline around 4 to 5 match worth of exp instead of 9 match or boost the premium line to +100% exp than 50% exp, then giving 3x exp weekends, this would help a bit for people that can only play on weekends.

How much XP do the Trails give? They don't seem to show
Just try to do all 3 daily quests every day to gain extra XP. If you are lucky you can get a bunch of daily quests with 100k XP. This really helps to speed up the pass.

If I remember correctly, some specifically say they give you a full level's worth of XP upon completion.

That's always my favorite internet argument made normally by preteens who've never used their own money for their fortnite skins. I didn't think anyone actually seriously made that argument in real life; just the villains in Charles Dickens novels.
