idk than maybe he isnt op idk. he seems op when in right hands.
guess turning rate/aiming just depends on your mouse settings - its not like min/maxed

The only thing that could be considered overpowered is his alt but once again, it is built for dipping in, killing a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, dip out before death. He is a very deadly character yes, but one who is prone to be dead.
You cant judge balance by bad players becus everthing is strong vs bad players and everthing is "hard" for them, you can only judge it by how it is when used well.
I could make a longer list about both his upsides and even add a list about his downsides. But the upsides are way greater then any of his minor downsides.
