My game bugged and I can't play (solved)

hello, about 2 hours ago I logged into a game and while on the loading screen the game stopped running. When I restart the game, it tries to log in to the last remaining match, then throws it into the main menu. But I don't have keyboard mouse control in the main menu, it's like the game is frozen.

I waited for the game to end for this problem to go away. But I'm having the same problem even though it's been 2 hours. I verified the file via Steam, I rebooted my computer, but I still have the same problem when I log in to the game.I switched to windows 11 today, I have never had such a problem before. What do you recommend ?

Verify the game files, after it's done you have to go in your steamapps folder> common>Paladins> ChaosGame>Config.
There will be a file called DefaultGame, delete it.
Then restart your game, you will still be locked but wait for like 5 mins, you will be back to the menu and will be able to play again.

1-Force close and re-enter the game.
2-The match loading screen will appear, wait for a while.
3-The game will throw you into the main lobby for a while, you will not be able to click on anything.
4-While in the main lobby, disconnect the wifi or internet cable from the bottom right.
5-Wait for a while until the reconnect screen appears.
6-Close the game and open it again, this is how I solved it.

After trying these solutions, the game gets stuck on the "store loading" screen at launch.

having the same problem, the weird thing me and my buddy were playing on both EU on US long after this post was started and just had it happen to us about 45 minutes ago, load into the same game that we were never ever able to load into the first place. Eventually go to the menu, and nothing is clickable

my buddy joined their discord and they reported this happening apparently 5 days ago

so I just did this and it worked. I signed on a alt steam account and created a second paladins account, played a round of cas with the bots. Then proceeded to go back to my main which I was no longer stuck in the bugged game lobby. I had a buddy have a very similar thing happen to him in league of legends, and they told him your fked and their is no way to recover your account, but doing this weird little fix, fixed it for him on league as well.

I have the same problem, but I guess I just play another game till they start to fix this.

From the steam library navigate to your game's local folder. Delete from binaries -> win64 3 files: Paladins, PaladinsEAC, ShippingPC-ChaosGame. From the steam (right click on game, properties) select local files -> check integrity of the files (it'll download again those 3 files).
Start the game. Should work.
