How to farm gold?

Hello, i am just an average guy that wants to unlock a character but can't reach the price.
How many ways there are to farm gold besides quests?

I have over 13000 hours in the game, purchased all titles and everything that costs gold. i do not know how many ways there are, didn't play since ages. if you spam bot matches like a god, you can reach incredible. but you need to be beyond average for that. speed doesn't matter. just winning the matches and spamming them day and night matters.

years ago i just purchased the character pack for almost nothing when it was very cheap (either some crystals or a few bucks) and always get all new characters which is super boring.

I am at 2.5 million and I play little, only the daily missions (I started when it was in beta in 2016)

Take advantage of daily bonuses, the training or pve modes also have them but they may be less fun than pvp if you just force yourself to do them.

As Dispenser man mentioned, buying a character pack is probably way easier and it's not that bad as the game is just free by itself but if you wanna keep it that way, just play naturally and take advantage of quests and daily bonuses even in the pve modes.

i also started playing there, but i do come back like 5 times a year due to social life

but now i fall in love with Yagorath and i can't purchase it cause i bought like Lex Inara and others

the problem is... i don't want many other characters, i just want Yagorath

I know how you feel, but I wouldn't spend cash on a champion, especially with how HiRez has been lately. If you play for a couple weeks, like an hour a day or so, you should rack up the 60k gold you need pretty quickly, especially if you do trials.

It took 550 hours of gaming for me to grind enough gold so that I could unlock all champions. That's including gold/exp boosts of 3 battle passes, gold bonuses from them and completing all trials of the realm.
I have 1100 hours played now and I still haven't unlocked all the skins, emotes and poses which one can buy for gold.

you can get 60k gold from completing trials when the specific region unlocks.

Ya just do quests and play 2x each match type (ai also if desperate or w/e) and of course trials that offer it (current gold trial ez).

Don't worry about it to much you get way more then enough gold for characters quite easily.
