where can i find the hirez launcher ?

as Tittle, started from steam the hirez launcher used it for start commands for more fps. start commands doesent seem to work on steam now hirez launcher wont load before start( it changed somehow), so where can i download the hirez launcher to start the game direct from hirez launcher ?

idk i hv the same problem i logged in a new account but then the latest update came and i couldnt log out tried everything afk match, reinstalled game but still didnt wortk

there is no more launcher
you can log out but the steam link will automatically log you back in to linked account.

guys can you help me, i tried downloading paladins from steam and it doesnt work, it just shows loading screen and anti cheat, and when it finishes it kicks me out, i downloaded all redist, please help me.
