No idea, I'm fairly sure there are methods in place to seperate by input types. But I suspect it's really not fair for the M&K players either, to have console players on their team that cannot keep up. If you really want to play together, don't play ranked. It's really not a considerate thing to do to mess up other players competative games.
A lot of KbM players do not want to play against controller players because of aim assist. Pro players wouldn't switch to controller for a match to play a hit scan if they couldn't get some kind of advantage out of it. KbM might have a better ability to fluidly aim and versatility of movement, but controller can give you a lock-on effect which gets more effective the better you get with controller.
The input types have separate ladders for a reason, and this isn't Apex.
I didn't say it was apex now did I? I just refered to apex because it also has crossplay.
