Nah it is a code for pc and i am on pc
I'm having the same problem. Did your code ever work? I bought mine about 45 minutes ago.
I googled "amazon customer support phone number" and called the 888 number google showed me. It might be on the Amazon website but I couldn't find it just live chat and I was busy driving so I called them which I prefer anyway.
ik this post is old and probably won't get much traction but I'm having this issue rn
there's some codes on their Twitter and YT that are pretty recent, and I'm having this exact issue with trying to redeem
the only other thing I could think to try is trying to redeem the codes on my Switch
I'll update if anything changes
Actually I am pretty sure HiRez stopped accepting Founder Pack codes sold by Amazon, neither Amazon or Hirez have an explanation for all the people who try to use founder pack codes sold by Amazon.
These codes are sold by Amazon and they don't work... amazon is still selling them.
You call them and they give you a refund but they still sell them so idk wtf is going on.

they're form Hi-Rez themselves, as they do occasionally release codes on their Twitter and YT
Well firstly, the OP and I bought a code from Amazon.
You said "I doubt that the game stopped accepting codes" which to me sounds like "I don't think codes expire". I was just letting you know what I was talking about last year.
Secondly, the codes from Amazon should be from too Hi-Rez which is why I and many others tried to contact Hi-rez to ask them wtf is going on.
The seem to have worked up until 2019 but at some point in 2020 a lot if not all codes became invalid I guess.
And Lastly, you are talking about the free promotional codes Hi-rez releases... well I assume those codes are set to expire at a given time and don't last forever.
Hi-Rez can disable them anytime they want too that is for sure.
Some promotional code might also only be allowed to be used a certain amount of times etc. I wish I had some helpful information to give you but I don't know anything about the codes you got.
