Looks Vora based. I'm going to guess a console reward. My friends on Xbox were given keys for a unique Vora skin. Maybe that frame is for Switch or PS4 users.

l only know because l literally just unlocked it 3 hours ago for ranking to diamond for the first time, but that's the Season 3 Diamond frame.

l have no idea how people have it already, but a friend of mine also said they saw someone with season 3 frame like a week ago too

Yea you can unlock the new frames but like you said you shouldn't be able to use them until the end of the season, this is very odd.

i doubt its a Ranked Frame since Ranked Frames have the Rank on them (like Diamond 2, Plat 3 and so on)

according to a dataminer that is indeed one of the ranked frames not yet released, the platinum one to be exact and yea its a lot uglier compared to the other ranked frames

They haven't been released yet so they shouldn't be available to anybody. I also reached platinum this season but I didn't get frame yet.

its a bug apparently, ive also met the requirements for the frame but i haven't gotten anything
