Cross-Play Information
Hi,

Just to get everything re-affirmed, how is cross-play going to work exactly? I play Paladins on the console and am wanting to play on PC. I am assuming that by linking my account to hi-rez and logging in then I will be able to play? Does my competitive ranking stay the same? I know that ranked is going to be solely based on console to console, however if I start playing ranked on PC and want to go play on my console later, does that mean I will still play with people on PC or do I get ranked with console players or can I just not play ranked on console anymore? I'm still pretty confused.

Yes, link and play. However, ps4 won't be supported.

By default, casual matchmaking will find the best matches for players regardless of platform or input method.
Paladins players can choose to play only against players with the same input method (either keyboard and mouse, or controller) in casual matches. However, players will find higher quality matches, more quickly, by leaving cross-input matchmaking enabled.
Paladins ranked matchmaking will be divided strictly by input method. Players will only ever play against other players using the same input method in ranked.

You mentioned PS4 isn't being supported, however I think that information is outdated. In the cross-platform patch, PS4 and PC were updated together and it now mentions PS4 being one of the consoles being supported.

Thank you for the info though!
