How do i get Raeve Maeve?

I would really like to have Raeve Maeve open for purchase, i had gotten the gems but the price changed in a few minutes after i got the gems... Why?

It was (if my memory is right) the most expensive skin in the previous VIP system, so I doubt it will be available via direct purchase.

But yeah, your only hope is to get it from Deal of the Day.
