It's a meme. I see it a lot in ranked and the players who say it are usually pretty experienced gamers and I've never seen one of them throw.

I actually played Overwatch, and the community was always a lot more friendly towards me then Paladins. But I usually only played Arcade, so I don't know if that counts or not.
