Best champ/flank to counter Vivian?

Legit mostly everyone but if you want the best ones then champs with hard cc like stuns and roots dominate her usually Frontlines like Khan and possibly Raum, she has no movement ability for escape or chase (except her free movement speed loadout card)

Best flanks imo for 1v1 are Zhin and Koga, good self sustain and ults that seal the deal

zhin bc of ult, whirlwind and escape(can kill vivan with second attempt). When i played vivian, andro and koga were easier flanks than zhin.
Extra skill 300 iq evie can counter vivian.
Butterfly(i forgot) bc of aoe damage and no heal aoe
Tyra with cripple molotov(but tyra overall weaker than vivian)

Don't worry about the shield just aim at her feet when shield is up.

You can counter Her with any champ actually, even some supports can easily beat her, for example Pip, dmg Seris or stun Damba. Or pick any blast champion and She's completly destroyed.
And her shield is easy skipable, aim for lower half of the body.
Also who said flank can't get her? Zhin, Andro, Maeve, heck even Moji can deal with Her, easly.

As someone who Vivians and gets a lot of kills with her, I laugh when flanks dive and think they're going to just shoot at my feet. There are many ways to protect the feel including short cover, high ground, etc. That's not the answer.

One of the best ways is to try to get her out of position. Keep backing up when you're low until she over extends. When she's away from protection when no movement ability, shield on cooldown, and that long reload, she's very vulnerable.

Also, why does it need to be a flank? She eats flanks. You're thinking about it the wrong way. Viktor beats her on some maps because his pin point accuracy out guns her on maps like Splitstone. On Bazaar, the nades cause big problems for her.

Offtanks WITH a flank can bully her, though neither can push a good Vivian player alone.

AOE helps (Willow, BK, Evie) because you can get around the shield and hit her when she's trying to take cover.

What Roxor said, however if the enemy team has front lines anyways you are going to want the anti shield item. That renders Vivian pretty defenseless. Since Vivian has zero escape capabilities.

She has 3 major jobs only in a fight. Spotting, Sustained Damage and Area Denial via her Ult. Aside from that she has nothing going for her.

vivian is strong when you are pretty far from them, but when you are close to her she cant run, so ask for feet pick and lick it like you mean it

viv is weak against mobility, range and AOE and sustain. in other words, she sucks unless she focuses on positioning and cauterize. being slow just helps to make sure she can be healed and wont overextend as much

Hard to say I only play as Viktor mostly. But when I see a team has a Vivian I just get wrecker instantly and aim for her every time I see her. Kills that shield fast if it is Wrecker at level 3.
