i lost my Account help hi rez
I've been playing this game since start,i bought a lot of gems and skins and complete champion packs,i still got the receipts, so I tried reading the discussion forum about this matter.I tried linking my hi rez account on steam,I tried to log out, uninstall and back, sadly, it did not work. I hope you guys gonna respond thank you.

I think OP had a Paladins account from before, you know, before the game was released on Steam.
I think i might on the same boat. I do have an account on which i played Paladins, but Steam doesn't seem to be getting that i have the accounts linked through the hi-rez page.

Still, i do have a 30hs or so of gameplay on Steam. I don't quite remember if i used to play on a standalone client or here.

Just to clarify for you, this is not HiRez support. I'd follow the links above and open a ticket on the HiRez site if that doesn't help.

you need to take your email address out of the post and send a ticket to the devs through the high rez report system on their website. this is steam discussion forums, devs dont come here.

Sorry for resuscitating the discussion but i'm having the same problem and i don't know how to solve this, putting the old IGN say that can't be used (probably because it's already in use and it's obvious since it's my IGN), putting a different one will still recover all my progress or do i will restart from zero? please help me, i'm feeling very lost on how to fix this.

the 2 year necro is bad enough, but if you actually read THE THREAD you would know this problem WILL NOT be solved here and you should contact the dev since the devs don't come here. next time, if you are knowingly going to necro a thread, just don't do it, especially if you aren't even going to read the thread

2. Login with your old Account
3. Linked Account
4. Login Steam
5. Already Linked Account
6. Goto Steam
7. Play Paladins
8. Insert Your Old name (if your forgot the nickname, goto my.hirezstudios.com, login and see at account info.
9. Enjoy
