Best builds for ruckus?
Just looking for the best overall build.

I like to focus around the movement - the advance talent and build around it : more range for advance (4), faster cooldown for shield (5), heal while shielded (2), more hp (3) , longer shield (1)

Proximity (1)
No Chill (2)
Metal March (4)

What do you want him to do? Be mobile? Dish out heavy splash damage and sustained fire? Have a stronger shield?

In that case you want mobility and shields. And from there just pray for the best.
