Strix is a bit overpowered

Alright, so I've played him now. Why OP? Well, he's basically gonna be the hero you gonna dislike to fight against. I pulled off 24 kills 32 assists and no deaths (bots game). His gamestyle supports buying deft hands and quickscoping. it makes you feel like a pro if you hit all those shots. But I really don't want Paladins turning into some weird trickshot game. He shots quite fast with high damage in a short amount of time, deft hands make it even quicker. Along with dealing headshots he deals more damage than Kinessa. While I'm sure the devs wanted to make Kinessa superior in dealing damage.

You can't kill what you can't see. If you played Kinessa for at least a couple of matches, you'd know that she attracts as much attention as healers. It takes a lot of effort and skill to put Kinessa's damage to a good use. Strix is invisible. He gets 1 kill for free unless you are stupid enough to miss a shot at an unsuspecting enemy.

Noone gives ♥♥♥♥ if it's not permanent invisibility - he can switch it on and off with no penalty, it's long enough to cover huge distance, whether you are flanking or run away, and gives you a free shot for 1600 damage. FREE. 1600. DAMAGE. No skill, no effort required.

Assuming all enemies are at 100% hp 24/7. Assuming it's ok if the game is unplayable if you don't have Skye/Eevie. Not to mention that Skye would get cucked because 24/7 reveal.

I got 1 shot on androxus yesterday by him due to him having the card that gives 15% bonus damage when shot through stealth. Fun stuff. Our tank tried to tell me that its not possible for him to 1 shot someone, but I watched the kill cam and saw I got hit for 2145 damage.

he takes better then good aim to make him look op

♥♥♥♥ off, paladin's hitboxes are so generous that all you need to do is aim in their general direction.

I got 200k damage as Strix yesterday, he is stupid easy to play and very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheap.

Strix is overpowered but not simply for his crazy damage. He is fun to play and strong but can be countered. I have beaten him (not as strix) but that was because the rest of his team wasn't very strong. I believe (personal opinion) that his kit require too much counter dedication. He will completely control the way matches are played. I have seen people say select illuminate against his invisi but then a Bomb King/drogos can take over a game (blast shield needed against them). His invisi isnt permanent but if used to assinate the flanker which isnt that hard, who else is gonna touch him. Dedicate damage and flanker to kill him, he still gets the trade and an ok team will have already taken control of the point. His kit gives him too many effective options for eliminating counter plays. Its true that it requires some skill, but a team playing around him properly is going to dominate. And although its early, people may get better at countering him but players will also get better at using him and teams will learn how to pick better to eliminate anyones counters. A champion like him can ruin the balance of a game if care isn't taken. Because once the Meta revolves around a single champion, the game just isn't fun anymore.

not counting leg cards, I think strix does more damage overall vs a kinnessa's fully charged shot and unlike kinnessa getting close to a strix doesn't guarantee victory (even more so if you already taken a hit from his sniper rifle) due to his o.p pistol and how easy it is to spam it

Also, another MLG kid with illuminate. How often do you get 15/30/45 units close to a sniper?

I just said illuminate counters stealth, so good luck winning that 1v1 pressing a button that does nothing "but you get the legendary that boosts damage from stealth!" except that most flanks have ways to play around damage (EX)-> Andro Reversal, Zhin Counter, Buck Recovery/Life Steal, Evie Iceblock+tons of mobility. Ignore these things if you want, heck, go back to your "you need a 5 flank team?" agruement if you so desire, but I told you the things that counter him, if you flat out refuse to use them, then that's all on you.
