I'd like to know if is it possible to log in your account from steam to epic game store just to get these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? How should I do that if its possible?

you have to go to hi-rez website and link your epic with steam and then download the game with epic and claim the rewards

CAn I use the rewards with my old PALADIN Account? I doesn't work.
I went to to the hi-rez website and linked epic,
i claimed the deal,
but the heroes are not added in the game.

No success.

What do you think? Are they available only when I play via EPIC ?

To get the free epic bundle, you can link your Epic account with your Hi-rez account. After that, you have to install Paladins on Epic Games. Then launch Paladins in the Epic Games Launcher. After that you will get the free Epic Games bundle stuff.

After you've launched Paladins in the Epic Games Launcher, you'll get the free stuff and you can just uninstall it from Epic Games. Once you've launched Paladins in the Epic Games Launcher, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ will be linked to your actual Paladins account.
