Rework Viktor's hustle.

Viktor's hustle needs to be reworked. He can basically run from any situation for free. Maeve flanked you with Prowl? Outrun her. Started fighting an enemy and realized you couldn't win? Run to safety. I just think Viktor being able to outrun every flank is not good.

Give Viktor a breath meter or something. So he could run with hustle and this would decrease his breath. When his breath meter is empty, he would temporarily be unable to use hustle for a few seconds.

Either that or slow his hustle down. He shouldn't be able to outrun every flank.

It should have a CD the same as Jenos does. At this point I just call him Run Away Viktor, because he spends half the time just freely running away. He's basically a flank at this point. Gets in, does a ton of damage and then runs away anytime he takes damage. He's more obnoxious than flank, because at least you can catch flank with their mobility on CD.

viktor's hustle is slow and predictable if you can't flank and kill one of the easiest to flank damage champs there is a problem.

Is this a troll comment? If you had said Tyra, vivian, snipers, or Right Click Spam Bot (aka Dredge) I'd have agreed with you since they're all a free kill for flank unless the player is godlike or the flank is terrible.

i tought you were the troll. Tyra Vivian and dredge are predictiable and easy to flank. Damage champions who aren't easy to flank: Cassie Lian Bk. maybe viktor vivian and tyra are good if you play on console cuz you have aim assist but on pc they are A tier not even close to broken.

do you also want to nerf literally every other champions movement skill because as soon someone starts to move a tiny bit faster you cant hit them anymore?

Dead? Are you joking? The majority of the time you sneak up on Viktor he can just run to the other end of the map scot free.

Slow? No, it's not. It gives him a 65% speed boost. That's faster than Maeve's Prowl, plus he can run infinitely.

Free kill? I don't think so. He can even outrun Maeve and Koga. As Maeve you can only use Prowl for a certain amount of seconds. Viktor can use Hustle infinitely.

Hustle needs some type of cooldown or a limited duration.
