Does this game have pay to win elements?

Lets say I am new player, just installed and picked character X, and on the other team there is a guy with 1k hours played in game, and he unlocked everything, and he picked the same character, X, does he have any advantage over me? besides being better skilled/experienced?

(In other words, in game, are we all equal, or can you start the game stronger than others?)

Hes joking. Some skins have very quiet or bugged sounds but that's as close as this game is to P2W these days.

the only "pay to win" is you can buy champions for crystals which is faster than grinding... but if you master the free ones you shouldnt have a problem...

OH almost forgot... champions have level based talent cards... which you unlock at a certain level... so i guess you could be at a disadvantage if youre champ isnt that level yet... but you can buy levels so...

not pay to win, but some outfits are better camo than others. there are talent options to unlock for every champion that CAN be purchased with gold that you get for buying other things but its a long road to not a lot and most base talents are just fine, especially early in your player level. so no, nobody is no-skill-win with something they spent cash on, unless you believe those nonsense "such and such champ OP" threads, but those are all just people who are opposed to learning anything in general.

Because the colors of light travel at different speeds, they get bent by different amounts and come out all spread out instead of mixed up. Violet travels the slowest so it is on the bottom and red travels the fastest so is on the top.

also, if you are new to the game playing someone who has a good talent unlocked, they probably arent very skilled, theres not really a scenario where real money makes a big difference
