DELAY and Bugs

Yesterday my game was "fine". Now it's all a bug mess, i need to spam abilities to work otherwise it's simply don't happen and an "fake" ability appears with sounds and effects but my cooldown don't reset. An exemple here , i use my dash with androxus and the first dash is "fake" like an delayed fake dash, then the bar of the dash appears and i'm able to do a four 4 dash but my cooldown resets after the 3 dash, so i realise every first dash it's fake , i don't go for the direction of the dash but the dash bar appears and it bugs the "4" dash. Every champion first shot is fake , don't work or at least it goes alot of shots when i press the fire button ( obvious only 1 of them works) but's it's visual and confusing , also some champions dash's like: Makoa , zhin , Lian and khan have an huge delay and sometimes it's fake dash with effects and sound but again , it not happen and my cooldown don't reset. I've reinstalled the game and cleared caches but all this still happening.
