Power bar on furia?

Like what is it actually for and how do you gain it?
So far I noticed like healing increases this bar and it lets you shoot faster but not 100% sure on it
Someone explain/confirm

Don't be ignorant man, there is a reason forums and questionaires exist. There is far better reasons to place ignorant comments online.....Just don't do it. I couldn't find a single word related to this topic myself. Don't assume everyone is just like you and use that as a weapon it's you also being ignorant. Sorry if I was rude but I get super annoyed when people do this stuff it's dangerous to even read this stuff....think aobut people who disregaurd incoming traffic and want to turn out of a neighborhood they do the same thing, they assume everyone knows they will stop but it makes them feel better to amp up other people's anxiety and there is no real way to stop their mentality unelss a ton of people honk or something.
