Win 7 (64 bit)
Ram 4gb
Intel hd 520
Intel i3 6006u 2.0ghz

Can i run it?

It's free to play game, check it out yourself.
But surely you'll need dedicated card for gaming and extra ram never hurts.

You will definitely need more ram but otherwise its fine.
I play with 4700HQ and HD 4600 and at 900p I have from 60 to 100 FPS.

You using i7, OP cpu i3. If won't be any difference between 3,5,7,xenon, everyone will start saving money asap :)

i3 has 2 cores and 4 threads which is plenty for this game, i fail to see how he wouldn't be able to run this game

also that gpu is miles ahead of mine
when i was playing with iris pro 5200 i could play at 1080p with 60-100 fps

It's possible to add some of visual effects, and better textures for everything. Don't expect anything else in near future.

They said they will force users to change os to 64 bit. But I tried PTS on my 32 bit OS and it worked fine. Perhaps they will force 64 bit os later.
