STORE NOT WORKING (Posting here because not many people check support section, will delete)

I am trying to buy the willo bundle, as well as 50 dollars in crystals; however, when I go to purchase them from the in-game store, it takes 10 seconds of loading and then gives me an error saying "There was a problem processing your request. (Ocelot)". That is for the willo bundle. When I try to buy crystals it says the same thing, but instead of "Ocelot" it says "Armadillo". Please help answer why it is doing this. Are they about to make the crystals on sale so they are stopping slaes for a little while? I just would like to know.

Make sure you didn't have pending order or pending payment in your steam account.

how would I check that, I saw things on that, I checked my account purchse history but there was no pending purchases there

Maybe disable / enable steam overlay and clear steam web browser cache?

I had to buy something from the store then it worked. I don't know if that was a coincidnce or not, but I wanted to buy something anyways. Sad though if you have to buy something in order for it to work. If not I would just send a ticket to steam support.

steam store, I couldn't buy anything from the paladins store. Maybe if I trie the website it would work but I had all my money in steam.

I couldn't buy that or crystals. I tried the in game paladins store and that didn't work. I closed the game, restarted my pc, closed steam from task manager, logged in and out of steam, and of paladins. None of those things worked. I bought a game from the steam store to see if it was paladins or steam that I coudln't buy anything through. I successfully bought something from the steam store, then I tried the paladins store and it worked finally. I don't know if this is coincidence or just how it had to be fixed, I don't know. I also didn't have any pending purchases. I checked that.

ALSO, I tried to buy crystals again today and it didn't work. I didn't bother to care so I waited till the next day and then I could buy them. This is a bug in the paladins store. Also, sometimes when I click to go to chests, it is bugged so I cannot see any chests or sometimes cannot open a chest. I believe the paladins item shop in general is bugged.
