How do you unlock Cassie's Timber and Tinder skin?

If the Skin says "Limited" it was a 1 Time Only Release, If the Skin is Anything Else (Mastery, Exclusive, Event) it has a Chance to be Purcheseable again. Only Limited Items are Limited.

Limited items are probably buyable in the future again. they always sold those again

They arent limited skins, but they are her original model, so those of us who played earlier in the beta (before her visiual rework) have them, i believe they are available in the gold chest.
